摘  要:过敏性紫癜(HSP)是一种以小血管病变为主的免疫性疾病。而其累及肾脏所导致的紫癜性肾炎是决定该病预后的关键因素。目前其发病机制尚不明确,可能是免疫机制、炎症机制、遗传等因素综合作用的结果。其中,遗传因素是HSP发病的重要因素之一。人类白细胞抗原(HLA)参与了很多自身免疫性疾病的免疫应答的诱导和调节。而HLA基因也在HSP的发病过程中发挥重要作用。HLA基因是HSP及其肾脏损害遗传方面的重要基因,目前HLA基因发挥作用的具体位点尚不明确,需要更多的研究进一步验证,从而为理解HSP发病机制和预测高危个体提供重要信息。Henoch-Sch nlein purpura(HSP)is an immune disease mainly characterized by small vascular lesions.The purpura nephritis caused by renal involvement is the key factor to determine the prognosis of the disease.At present,the pathogenesis is still unclear,which may be the result of the comprehensive effects of immune mechanism,inflammatory mechanism,genetics and other factors.Genetic factors are one of the important factors of HSP onset.As is known to all,the human leukocyte antigen(HLA)is involved in the induction and regulation of immune responses in many autoimmune diseases.HLA gene also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HSP.HLA gene is an important gene in the inheritance of HSP and renal damage.At present,the specific locus of HLA gene function is not clear,and more studies are needed for further verification,so as to provide important information for understanding the pathogenesis of HSP and predicting high-risk individuals.
