摘　　要：认知功能障碍是以记忆障碍、视空间障碍、执行功能障碍等为特点的神经退行性疾病,病因及发病机制复杂,其中氧化应激学说得到学界的普遍认可。核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路是机体抗氧化应激机制中重要的通路之一,活化的Nrf2可与细胞核内抗氧化反应元件结合对抗氧化应激反应导致的神经细胞损伤,减缓神经细胞病变、凋亡等生理过程,从而延缓神经退行性疾病引发的认知功能障碍的进展,因此Nrf2信号通路有望成为临床治疗认知功能障碍的有效靶点。未来可深入开展以Nrf2为靶点的药物研发,以丰富临床认知功能障碍疾病的治疗策略。Cognitive dysfunction is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by memory impairment,visuospatial impairment,executive dysfunction,etc.,with complex etiology and pathogenesis,among which,the oxidative stress theory has been widely recognized by the academic community.The nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway is one of the important pathways in the body′s anti-oxidative stress mechanism,and activated Nrf2 can bind to the anti-oxidative response elements in the nucleus to resist nerve cell damage caused by oxidative stress,slow down physiological processes such as neurocytopathy and apoptosis,thereby delaying the progression of cognitive dysfunction caused by neurodegenerative diseases.Therefore,the Nrf2 signaling pathway is expected to become an effective target for the clinical treatment of cognitive dysfunction.In the future,drug research and development targeting Nrf2 can be further carried out to enrich the treatment strategies for clinical cognitive dysfunction diseases.
