摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见的脊柱退行性疾病,有效缓解下腰痛和下肢放射性疼痛是其治疗的关键。中医学理论体系认为,LDH除肾虚血瘀这一基本病机外,其疼痛还可能与脑有关;经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)是一种介入疗法,治疗LDH有效性和安全性高,因此可以“虚-瘀-痛-脑”轴为主线,探析PLDD干预LDH的作用机制与“虚-瘀-痛-脑”轴之间的联系。未来通过不断的深入研究可揭示其远期维稳效应的生物学内涵,以期为临床推广提供理论依据。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical degenerative disease of the spine.The key to the treatment is to effectively relieve low back pain and lower limb radiation pain.According to the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,in addition to the basic pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the pain of LDH may also be related to brain.Percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD)is an interventional therapy with high efficacy and safety in the treatment of LDH.Therefore,we can take the"deficiency-blood stasis-pain-brain"axis as the main line to explore the relationship between the mechanism of PLDD intervention in LDH and the"deficiency-blood stasis-pain-brain"axis.In the future,the biological connotation of its long-term stability maintenance effect can be revealed through the continuous deepening of research,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical promotion.
