摘 要:新时期我国汽车制造结构日益复杂、功能不断丰富,检测难度也随之增加。一旦检测不到位,则无法及时发现汽车制造过程存在的问题和隐患,容易导致汽车投入使用后发生安全事故。对此,需要制造企业积极引入智能化检测技术,全面提高汽车制造质量。基于此,本文将对汽车制造中的智能检测技术进行概述,深入研究其应用优势,并结合实际案例,分析智能检测技术的具体应用,希望能够为相关研究人员进一步探索提供参考和借鉴。In the new era,China's automobile manufacturing structure is increasingly complex and rich,and the detection difficulty also increases.Once the test is not in place,the problems and hidden dangers existing in the car manufacturing process cannot be found in time,which is easy to lead to safety accidents after the car is put into use.In this regard,manufacturing enterprises need to actively introduce intelligent testing technology to comprehensively improve the quality of automobile manufacturing.Based on this,this paper will outline the intelligent detection technology in automobile manufacturing,in-depth research on its application advantages,and combine with actual cases,analyze the specific application of intelligent detection technology,hoping to provide reference and reference for relevant researchers to further explore.
