摘　　要：针对飞机装配生产线规划设计阶段,在虚拟环境下,构建生产线理论逻辑模型、静态几何模型、动态工艺过程模型、渲染模型,面向多层级模型应用不同方向特点的仿真技术对设计规划具体阶段进行仿真分析.实现生产资源的结构优化,工位、设备、器具、人员的布局合理,物料传输及关重工艺过程的科学正确,满足快速修改及迭代优化要求。Aiming at the planning and design stage of the aircraft assembly production line,under the virtual en-vironment,the theoretical logic model,the static geometric model,the dynamic process model,and the rendering model of the production line are constructed,and the multi-level model is applied to simulate the analysis of the specific stage of the design planning.Realize the structural optimization of production resources,the layout of workstations,equipment,utensils,and personnel is reasonable,and the scientific and correct process of material transmission and critical process can meet the requirements of rapid modification and iterative optimization.
