《公共文化服务保障法》中政府对公民文化权利之责任研究

摘　　要：以《公共文化服务保障法》为例,从四个方面阐述了政府对公民文化权利的责任:政府与公民文化权利的逻辑关系、政府在公民文化权利保障中的责任、《公共文化服务保障法》全面保障公民文化权利和体现的公共文化服务的理念。Taking the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China as an example,this paper expounds the government's responsibility for citizens'cultural rights from four aspects:the logical relationship between the government and citizens'cultural rights,the government's responsibility in the protection of citizens'cultural rights,the comprehensive protection of citizens'cultural rights in the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China and the concept of public cultural services embodied in the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China.
