摘　　要：科学数据共享作为一种新的数据再分配模式,是科学共同体内部一直倡导的共益理念和集体行动范式,却面临诸多障碍。在解析科学数据、科学数据共享以及科学数据共享障碍等核心概念的基础上,通过系统论述科学数据共享流程,从技术、人员、管理、法律政策等方面分析和识别了科学数据共享的障碍因素,从技术设施、科研人员共享意愿、激励机制以及法律制度等方面提出科学数据共享障碍的消解措施,旨在为科学数据共享的可持续向善提供参考建议。As a new data redistribution model,scientific data sharing is a common interest concept and collective action paradigm advocated by the scientific community,but it faces many obstacles.Based on the analysis of core concepts such as scientific data,scientific data sharing and barriers to scientific data sharing,this paper systematically describes the process of scientific data sharing,and analyzes and identifies obstacles to scientific data sharing from dimensions of technology,personnel,management and legal policies.In order to provide reference for the sustainable development of scientific data sharing,it puts forward measures to remove obstacles in scientific data sharing from the aspects of technical facilities,researchers'willingness to share,incentive mechanism and legal system.
