基于图书馆流通数据的视障读者借阅特点研究--以中国盲文图书馆2016-2020年数据为例

摘　　要：随着图书馆服务能力的提升,视障读者的阅读行为也越来越受关注,中国盲文图书馆作为全国视障文化服务的重要阵地,其资源流通情况能客观反映视障读者的借阅特征。以2016—2020年的流通数据为基础,从读者人数、借阅类型、借阅时间、读者邮寄地址等角度审视视障读者的借阅行为特征。基于以上分析提出图书馆需要在影响力提升、馆藏资源优化、资源服务推广、团体用户发展、借阅规则完善、馆员素养提升等方面大力推进视障服务工作的高质量发展。With the improvement of library service ability,visually impaired readers'reading behavior is becoming more and more attention.As an important position of cultural services for visually impaired in China,braille library resources circulation can objectively reflect the borrowing characteristics of visually impaired readers.Based on the circulation data from 2016 to 2020,this paper examines the characteristics of visually impaired readers'borrowing behavior from the perspectives of number of readers,borrowing types,borrowing time and readers'mailing addresses.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes that libraries should vigorously promote the high-quality development of services for the visually impaired in terms of increasing influence,optimizing collection resources,promoting resource services,developing group users,improving borrowing rules,and improving librarians'literacy.
