摘  要:当下数字化与老龄化两大浪潮交汇,中老年人因普遍缺乏基本的互联网技能,无法充分享受数字化生活和智能化服务带来的便利。本文以中老年人为研究对象,探讨中老年人智能手机使用现状、素养水平及影响因素,研究证实了居住地类型、受教育程度、感知易用性、群体影响、家庭支持和晚辈代理程度等几个因素显著影响老年人使用智能手机。为帮助中老年人更好地融入数字社会,政府机构和社会各方应加大对农村地区的政策倾斜,继续推动互联网应用适老化及无障碍改造,重视老年数字素养教育,多措并举提高中老年人数字素养。At present,the two major waves of digitalization and aging converge.Middle-aged and elderly people generally cannot fully enjoy the convenience brought by digital life and intelligent services because of their lack of basic Internet skills.The paper takes Smartphone as the research scene to explore the status quo and influential factors of the Smartphone literacy of middle-aged and elderly people.This study confirmed several significant influencing factors such as residence type,education level,perceived ease of use,group influence,family support and junior agent degree.In order to help the middle-aged and elderly better integrate into the digital society,government agencies and social parties should increase policy preference for rural areas,continue to promote age-friendly and barrier-free transformation of Internet applications,attach importance to digital literacy education for the elderly,and take multiple measures to improve the digital literacy of the middle-aged and elderly.
