基于耦合协调模型的公共图书馆与人口文化素质发展探究--以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究辽宁省各市公共图书馆与人口文化素质的协调程度和城市间差异,对促进辽宁省制定相应的发展政策,实现图书馆事业和人口文化素质协同发展具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]使用熵值法分析选取公共图书馆与人口文化素质的相关指标,选取2010年与2020年辽宁省14个城市的统计数据,构建耦合协调模型对辽宁省公共图书馆和人口文化素质的耦合协调度进行实证分析。[结果/结论]当前辽宁省公共图书馆整体发展相对滞后;公共图书馆和人口文化素质的耦合协调度与2010年相比提升较快,但部分城市发展缓慢;公共图书馆和人口文化素质耦合协调度呈现辽南、辽中、辽东、辽西、辽北地区顺序减弱的趋势。[Purpose/significance]Exploring coordination degree and inter city differences between public libraries and population cultural quality in cities of Liaoning province is of great significance to promote Liaoning province to formulate corresponding development policies and realize coordinated development of library undertaking and population cultural quality.[Method/process]The entropy method is used to analyze and select relevant indicators of public libraries and population cultural quality,and the statistical data of 14 cities in Liaoning province in 2010 and 2020 are selected to build a coupling coordination model to empirically analyze coupling coordination degree of public libraries and population cultural quality in Liaoning province.[Result/conclusion]At present,the overall development of public libraries in Liaoning province is lagging behind;coupling coordination degree of public libraries and population cultural quality has increased rapidly compared with 2010,but some cities have developed slowly;coupling coordination degree of public libraries and population cultural quality has shown a decreasing trend in order of southern Liaoning,central Liaoning,eastern Liaoning,western Liaoning and northern Liaoning.
