摘  要:引起猪腹泻疾病的病因较多,病毒性腹泻是最严重的一个类型,它是由腹泻病毒引起的急性传染性的疾病。近年,猪流行性病毒腹泻在世界范围内爆发,为控制该病毒,研究人员建立病毒的靶向RNA重组技术、细菌培养技术、细菌人工染色载体系统等猪流行性腹泻病毒的遗传学研究技术,对猪流行性腹泻病毒的致病机理和疫苗开发有重要意义。该文总结了猪流行性腹泻病毒反向遗传操作技术研究现状及生产实践中的应用情况,为新型疫苗的研究提供参考。There are many causes of porcine diarrhea disease,and viral diarrhea is the most serious type.It is an acute infectious disease caused by diarrhea virus.In recent years,the swine epidemic virus diarrhea has broken out in the world,and there is no effective method to control the disease so far.To control the virus,researchers have developed targeted RNA recombination techniques,bacterial culture techniques,bacterial artificial stain vector systems,and other genetic research techniques for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,it is of great significance to the pathogenesis and Vaccine Development of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus.In this paper,the research status of reverse genetic manipulation of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and its application in production were summarized.
