摘　　要：铂类抗癌药物多年来一直被广泛运用在临床癌症治疗中,但因严重的肾毒性、神经毒性等毒副作用和易产生耐药性的缺陷,限制了其使用范围。纳米胶束作为一种新型递药系统,在降低药物毒副作用、发挥最佳治疗效果等方面具有极大的潜在优势。本文综述了近年来铂类药物纳米胶束制剂的作用特点和最新研究进展,以期为今后的铂药纳米胶束制剂的研发提供思路和参考。Platinum anticancer drugs have been widely used in clinical cancer treatment for many years,but their application scope is limited due to their serious nephrotoxicity,neurotoxicity and other side effects and drug resistance.As a new type of drug delivery system,nanomicelles have great potential advantages in reducing drug toxic and side effects and giving play to the best therapeutic effect.This paper reviews the functional characteristics and the latest research progress of platinum drug nanomicelle preparations in recent years,in order to provide ideas and reference for the future research and development of platinum drug nanomicelle preparations.
