金属减振器过载振动复合环境试验研究

摘  要:导弹和火箭设备在任务剖面内会经历过载、振动复合环境,严重时会影响到关键设备正常工作。目前,越来越多的重要设备采用金属减振器进行振动控制,但金属减振器具有刚度非线性特征,过载振动复合环境会影响其自身性能。本文研究了金属减振器力学性能表征方法,通过非线性刚度阻尼系统,研究了过载环境对减振性能的影响。同时,针对某型号弹上设备减振开展了过载振动试验研究,通过施加力载荷来模拟过载环境下设备惯性力对减振器的影响,试验表明不同量级的过载环境下,减振系统三方向的谐振频率升高、减振效果下降。因此,金属减振器应用在复杂力学环境设备减振时,应充分考虑过载环境的影响,以保障关键设备在飞行器发射、再入阶段能够正常工作。Missiles and rocket equipment always face a complex environment of overload and vibration in the mission profile.It may affect the normal operation of key equipment in severe cases.At present,more and more important equipment uses metal rubber absorbers for vibration control,but metal rubber absorbers have nonlinear characteristics of stiffness,and the compound environment of overload vibration will affect their own performance.This paper studies the mechanical performance characterization method of metal rubber absorbers.Through the nonlinear stiffness damping system,the influence of overload environment on the vibration reduction performance is studied.At the same time,overload vibration test was carried out for a certain type of missile equipment vibration reduction,and the test method was designed to simulate the effect of inertia force on the shock absorber under overload environment by applying force load.The test showed that under different levels of overload environment,the three-direction resonance frequency of the damping system increased and the effect of vibration reduction was reduced.Therefore,when metal shock absorbers are used to reduce vibration of equipment in complex mechanical environment,the influence of overload environment should be fully considered to ensure the normal operation of key equipment in launch and reentry stage of aircraft.
