摘 要:弹丸初速是影响弹丸空炸精度的重要参数之一。针对弹丸初速度大小呈散布性特点提出了一种通过弹载自测速实时修正引信作用时间的炸点控制方法。设计了弹载自测速系统并分析了提高测速精度的关键因素。以弹丸水平射距为修正前提,通过弹载自测速和一次函数修正法构建了弹丸炸点控制技术。靶场试验表明在水平射距为1 500 m的空炸试验中炸点平均误差为9.6 m,这比不经过时间修正的试验中的平均定距精度提高了一倍多。该炸点控制技术有效地提高了弹丸炸点的精度并可为智能引信的设计提供参考。The muzzle velocity of projectiles is one of the important parameters affecting the accuracy of projectile airburst. Considering the dispersive characteristics of the muzzle velocity of projectiles, a burst point control method was proposed to correct the timing of the fuse action in real time by means of the missile-borne self-test speed. A missile-borne self-test speed system was designed, and the key factors to improve the accuracy of velocity measurement were analyzed. Taking the projectiles’ horizontal firing distance as the correction premise, the projectile burst point control technology was constructed through the missile-borne self-test speed and the linear function correction method. The range test shows that in the airburst test with a horizontal firing range of 1 500 m, the average error of the burst point is 9.6 m, which is over twice more accurate than that of tests without time correction. The burst point control technology effectively improves the accuracy of the burst point of projectiles and can serve as reference for the design of intelligent fuse.
