摘 要:以二级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统为对象,建立了齿轮传动优化设计的多目标优化模型,即以齿轮的齿数、模数、螺旋角为设计变量,充分考虑强度条件和参数间尺寸关系,选取二级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统的体积和重合度为目标函数,以强度条件等作为约束条件,并运用fgoalattain函数对二级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统进行多目标优化设计,最终得到优化方案。结果显示,二级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动系统体积减小33.1%,重合度提高0.97%。Taking the two-stage helical cylindrical gear transmission system as the object,a multi-objective optimization model of gear transmission optimization design is established.The number of teeth,modulus and helix angle of the gear are used as design variables.Strength conditions and dimensional relationships between parameters are fully considered.The volume and coincidence degree of the two-stage helical cylindrical gear transmission system are selected as the objective functions.Taking strength conditions as constraints,and using the fgoalattain function,the multi-objective optimization design of the two-stage helical spur gear transmission system is carried out.Finally,an optimized solution is obtained.The results show that the volume of the two-stage helical cylindrical gear transmission system is reduced by 33.1%,and the coincidence degree is increased by 0.97%.
