摘  要:某型车载显控设备支撑架试验件在试验中发生弯曲失效,基于NX软件高级仿真模块建立了有限元模型进行仿真分析。根据计算结果,找到支撑架的薄弱位置,并进行结构优化设计。优化后的结构经过有限元仿真计算,支撑架最大应力得到明显改善,符合设计要求。The test piece of the support frame of a certain type of vehicle display and control equipment suffered bending failure during the test.A finite element model is established based on the advanced simulation module of NX software for simulation analysis.According to the calculation results,the weak position of the support frame is found,and the structural optimization design is carried out.After the optimized structure is calculated by finite element simulation,the maximum stress of the support frame is significantly improved,which meets the design requirements.
