摘  要:为了解放劳动力,提高分选效率及煤质,增加销售收入,采用机械排矸的方法代替现有人工手选是必要的。文中研究采用X射线识别,用高压气枪执行击打分选。基本原理是:采用X射线进行智能识别,针对入选原煤的煤质特征,建立与之相适应的分析模型,通过大数据分析,对煤与矸石进行数字化识别,通过高压风排矸系统将矸石排出。结果表明,智能选矸系统投运后,达到了自动化选矸和减人提效的目的,降低了手选工劳动强度并且提高了煤质,为矿井生产经营高质量发展注入新活力、提供新动能。In order to liberate the labor force,improve the separation efficiency and coal quality,increase sales income,the use of mechanical row research method to replace the existing manual hand selection is necessary.This paper uses ray recognition and high pressure air gun to perform the impact sorting.The basic principle is that X-ray is used for intelligent identification,the corresponding analysis model is established according to the coal quality characteristics of selected raw coal,big data analysis is used to carry out digital identification of coal and gangue,the high-pressure air exhaust grinding system is used to grind out the stone.The results show that the intelligent separation and research system can achieve the purpose of automatic separation and research,reduce manpower and improve efficiency,reduce labor intensity of manual separation and improve coal quality,and provide new vitality and new kinetic energy for the high-quality development of mine production and management.
