摘　　要：结合起落架公司在波音、空客、赛峰集团等公司产品转包生产实践过程中的供应链管理、生产组织绩效管理、质量监督管理、特殊过程确认与军品制造的不同要求,对二者差异进行了探讨,对国内军品行业的发展和改进有着非常重要的借鉴意义。This paper introduces the different requirements of the landing gear company in the subcontract production practice process of Boeing,Airbus,Safran and other companies'products,the supply chain management,production organization performance management,quality supervision and management,special process confirmation and military product manufacturing.The differences between the two are discussed,which has a very important reference for the development and improvement of the domestic military industry.
