摘 要:首先通过分析及对比说明了曲柄摇杆机构非常符合电动单轨系统十字道岔的传动需求,确定了用电动机驱动曲柄,摇杆带动与之固定的回转轨道纵横切换的传动方案。然后基于道岔切换准确性、启停平稳性及调试方便性等的考虑,确定了曲柄回转角度与摇杆最大摆动范围的对应关系,并根据道岔尺寸及周边的安装空间确定了机架长度和摇杆长度,由此计算出了曲柄和连杆长度,完成了十字道岔曲柄摇杆传动机构的原理设计。最后对十字道岔的曲柄摇杆传动机构进行了运动和力学校核,证明了设计结果与设计意图相吻合。Through analysis and comparison,it is shown that the crank-rocker mechanism is very suitable for the transmission requirements of the cross turnout of the electric monorail system.It is determined that the motor drives the crank,and the rocker drives the fixed slewing track to switch.Based on the consideration of turnout switching accuracy,start-stop stability and debugging convenience,the corresponding relationship between the crank rotation angle and the rocker's maximum swing range is determined.According to the turnout size and the surrounding installation space,the frame length and the rocker length are determined,and the crank and connecting rod lengths are calculated from this,and the principle design of the cross turnout crank rocker transmission mechanism is completed.At last,the crank-rocker transmission mechanism of the cross turnout is checked for kinematics and mechanics,which proves that the design result is consistent with the design intent.
