摘 要:渐开线直齿轮副啮合传动过程中,受周期性热应力载荷及载荷突增等因素影响,齿面常出现点蚀剥落故障,严重影响齿轮传动性能。文中以Block理论描述齿面闪温特征,借助势能法获取啮合刚度模型,进而建立剥落故障直齿轮副振动分析模型,深入研究齿面闪温对直齿轮副振动特征的影响规律。结果表明:直齿轮副传动过程中,两齿面滑动摩擦产生热量,导致轮齿表面有小幅温升,发生热应力变形,而齿轮副转轴频率调制生成的边频带分布区间,边频带间隔为转轴频率。During the meshing transmission process of the involute spur gear pair,due to factors such as periodic thermal stress load and sudden load increase,pitting and spalling failures often occur on the tooth surface,which seriously affects the gear transmission performance.This paper uses the Block theory to describe the characteristics of the tooth surface flash temperature,obtains the mesh stiffness model with the help of the potential energy method,and then establishes the vibration analysis model of the spalling fault spur gear pair,and deeply studies the influence of the tooth surface flash temperature on the vibration characteristics of the spur gear pair.The results show that:in the process of spur gear pair transmission,the sliding friction of the two tooth surfaces generates heat,resulting in a small temperature rise on the surface of the gear teeth and thermal stress deformation.The frequency modulation of the gear pair shaft generates a sideband distribution interval,and the sideband interval is the frequency of the shaft.
