摘　　要：对液压支架柱窝无冒口铸造作了系统的探讨,详尽地阐述了浇注系统、安全冒口的设计方法及工艺要点,并对关键工艺参数的选取作了深入的分析,提出了独到的见解。对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。This paper studies on the riser-free casting of the hydraulic support pillar nest,describes the gating system,the design method of the safe riser and the key points of the process.The selection of the key process parameters is analyzed.Unique insights are presented.It has certain guiding significance to production practice.
