摘　　要：目的研究蒲地蓝消炎口服液对急性上呼吸道感染患儿临床症状改善、血清降钙素原(PCT)、白介素18(IL-18)水平的影响。方法选择2018年4月-2019年12月于本院就诊的96例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,按随机数表法分为观察组48例和对照组48例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组同时服用蒲地蓝消炎口服液。观察两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况、炎症水平以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、流涕、咽痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组无严重不良反应发生。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液对于急性上呼吸道感染患儿具有较好疗效,能够显著改善患儿的各项临床症状,有效降低体内炎症水平,安全性好。Objective To study the effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid on the improvement of clinical symptoms and the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 96 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammation level and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05);the remission time of fever,cough,runny nose and sore throat in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the inflammatory level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid has good curative effect for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,effectively reduce the level of inflammation in the body,and has good safety.
