摘  要:针对传统超低频接收天线尺寸庞大、带宽极窄的问题,提出以运算放大器为核心组成负阻抗变换器(Negative Impedance Converter, NIC),并加入深度负反馈建立非福斯特(Non-Foster)匹配电路的方法,利用负阻抗变换生成与无源元件电抗特性正好相反的负电容或负电感,抵消或减小电小天线的输入电抗部分,能够在更大的频率范围内实现天线谐振,拓宽天线工作频带;同时通过非福斯特匹配电小天线以及负反馈调节放大倍数,在缩小天线尺寸的同时,获得比原电小天线更高的增益,补偿因天线有效高度变小而下降的增益,使得天线小型化后性能不降反升.利用Multisim软件对整体电路进行了仿真和分析,仿真结果表明,设计的超低频有源接收天线的稳定性良好,相较于传统超低频接收天线实现了天线尺寸减小,天线工作频带展宽的目标.In view of the large size and narrow bandwidth of traditional ultra-low frequency receiving antennas, a negative impedance converter was proposed to form a negative impedance converter(NIC) with an operational amplifier as the core, and deep negative feedback was added to establish a non-Foster matching circuit, which used negative impedance conversion to generate and passive. The negative capacitance or negative inductance of the component reactance characteristics was exactly the opposite, which cancel or reduces the input reactance part of the electrically small antenna, so that the antenna resonance can be realized in a larger frequency range, and the antenna working band can be broadened;at the same time, the non-Foster matching circuit can be used. The small antenna and negative feedback adjust the amplification factor, which can reduce the antenna size while obtaining higher gain than the original small antenna. This will compensate for the reduced gain due to the reduction of the effective height of the antenna, making the performance of the antenna smaller after miniaturization. Decrease but rise. Finally, the overall circuit was simulated and analyzed using Multisim software. The simulation results show that the designed ultra-low frequency active receiving antenna has good stability. Compared with the traditional ultra-low frequency receiving antenna, the antenna size was reduced and the antenna working frequency band is expanded.
