骑行中皮肤形变与压力值的相关性研究

摘　　要：为进一步提升骑行短裤的功能性及舒适性,综合考虑压力舒适性以及皮肤形变状况。将一个蹬踏周期分解为0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°、270°、315°这8个角度下的动作。通过灰色系统理论对每个角度下每个测试点的压力与横纵向形变率进行了相关度分析,结果显示W2、W3、H1、L2、L4这5个点的横纵向形变与压力值之间存在极高的相关度,在此基础上,利用非线性回归模型进行拟合,得出压力值与横纵向形变量间的方程关系式。In order to further improve the functionality and comfort of cycling shorts,the pressure comfort and skin deformation conditions are comprehensively considered.A pedaling cycle is decomposed into actions at 8 angles of 0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°,270°,and 315°.Based on the gray systemtheory,the correlation between the pressure and the horizontal and vertical deformation rate of each test point at each angle is analyzed.The results show that there is a very high degree of correlation between the horizontal and vertical deformation of the five pointsW2,W3,H1,L2,and L4 and the pressure value.On this basis,a nonlinear regressionmodel is used to obtain the equation between the pressure value and the horizontal and vertical deformation.
