摘  要:文章在研究了模拟座舱动作采集环境以及模拟飞行操作行为数据编码软件协议的基础上,提出了一种基于半实物仿真飞行平台的飞行记录系统设计并使用MATLAB/Simulink工具对飞行仿真平台进行图形化建模。本设计由硬件采集和软件存储融合而成,其中硬件设计部分包含了基于ZYNQ的音视频采集模块、ARINC664采集模块、ARINC429采集模块、兼容多类型离散量输入采集模块、网口通信背板和飞行操作套件等;软件存储模型由信源发生及加噪模块、数据压缩编码模块、数据存储模块和数据分析模块组成。与项目相关方多次联试结果表明:系统能够对飞行姿态参数、环境参数、发动机参数、各种告警信号以及飞行员通话信息和座舱语音信息等飞行仿真数据进行实时监测并循环记录。Based on MATLAB/Simulink graphical modeling tools,simulated cockpit action acquisition environment and simulated flight operation behavior data coding software protocol,this paper introduces a flight recording system design based on a hardwarein-the-loop simulation flight platform.This design was a fusion of hardware acquisition and software storage.The hardware design part included ZYNQ-based audio and video acquisition modules,ARINC664 acquisition modules,ARINC429 acquisition modules,compatible multiple types of discrete input acquisition modules,network port communication backplanes and flight Operating suite,etc.;the software storage model consisted of a source generation and noise addition module,a data compression coding module,a data storage module and a data analysis module.The results of multiple joint tests with project stakeholders show that the system can monitor and record flight simulation data such as flight attitude parameters,environmental parameters,engine parameters,various warning signals,pilot call information and cockpit voice information in real time.
