摘  要:目的探讨皮肤镜辅助CO_(2)激光治疗获得性交界痣(AJN)的应用价值。方法选择AJN患者40例,共108个皮损。按确定治疗终点的不同方式分为皮肤镜辅助(实验组)和肉眼观察(对照组),每组54个皮损。评估术后6个月内两组AJN复发率、患者瘢痕评估量表(PSAS)、观察者瘢痕评估量表(OSAS)评分。结果术后6个月内,实验组患者的AJN复发率(5.56%)明显低于对照组(20.37%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.02,P<0.05)。术后1个月,实验组PSAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.34,P<0.05);术后3个月和6个月两组PSAS评分以及术后1个月、3个月和6个月两组OSAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(t分别=0.73、0.76、0.46、0.42、0.35,P均>0.05)。结论皮肤镜有助发现激光终点的残留痣细胞,降低皮损复发率。Objective To explore the application value of CO_(2) laser assisted with dermoscopy in the treatment of acquired junctional nevus(AJN).Methods Forty patients with AJN were selected with 108 lesions and divided into dermoscopy assisted(experimental group)and visual observation(control group)according to the different way to determine the treatment endpoint,with 54 lesions in each group.Within 6 months after laser treatment,the recurrence rate of AJN,patient scar assessment scale(PSAS),and observer scar assessment scale(OSAS)were evaluated.Results Within 6 months after laser treatment,the recurrence rate of AJN in the experimental group(5.56%)was significantly lower than the control group(20.37%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.02,P<0.05).One month after laser treatment,the PSAS of experimental group was lower than the control group(t=2.34,P<0.05).There was no difference in PSAS at 3 and 6 months,as well as the OSAS at 1,3 and 6 months between the two groups(t=0.73,0.76,0.46,0.42,0.35,P>0.05).Conclusion Dermoscopy is helpful to find the residual nevus cells at the endpoint of laser,and reduce the recurrence rate.
