摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法将120例DPN患者随机分为对照组(n=60,西药常规治疗)和观察组(n=60,西药常规治疗+针灸)。比较两组的临床疗效、病情严重程度[采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(FMA)及多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)进行评定]。比较两组的血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]、应激反应指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的FMA评分、SOD水平高于对照组,TCSS评分及FBG、2 h PG、MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合西药治疗DPN的效果突出,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A toal of 120 DPN patients were randomly divided into control group(n=60,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=60,conventional western medicine treatment+acupuncture and moxibustion).The clinical efficacy and severity[assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)]of the two groups were compared.The blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)],stress response indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score and SOD level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the TCSS score and levels of FBG,2 h PG and MDA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of DPN.
