摘 要:为了解决立式岩心冷柜局部过热和温度分布不均问题,需要对其内部气流组织进行优化。以一组立式岩心冷柜为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,分析增设不同结构导流板对冷柜内部气流组织的影响。研究表明:与未设置导流板相比,增设45°导流板有效改善气流组织和局部过热问题,冷柜内最大温差下降1.3℃;相比无导流板,导流板角度为30°和45°时,温度不均匀系数分别减小24.8%和30.1%,能量利用系数增大33.1%和36.4%,导流板角度为60°时能量利用系数增大10.6%,左列第2层岩心存在局部过热。In order to solve the local overheating and uneven temperature distribution of the vertical core freezer,it is necessary to optimize the internal air distribution.Taking a set of vertical core freezer as the object of study,using the numerical simulation method,the impact of adding different structural deflectors on the internal air distribution of the freezer is analyzed.The research results show that compared with no deflector,the air distribution and local overheating problems are effectively improved by adding the 45°deflector,and the maximum temperature difference in the freezer is reduced by 1.3℃.Compared with no deflector,when the deflector’s angle is set as 30°and 45°,the temperature unevenness coefficients are reduced by 24.8%and 30.1%,and the energy utilization coefficients are increased by 33.1%and 36.4%.When the deflector’s angle is set as 60°,the energy utilization coefficient is increased by 10.6%,and overheating exists in the second layer of the core on the left column.
