摘 要:水平管降膜蒸发器因其低制冷剂充注量和高效换热等显著优势,逐步应用于中、大型冷水及热泵机组。结合国内外的相关研究成果,以水平管降膜流动的机理和蒸发器的换热性能为关注点,阐述了制冷剂在管间和管外的流动特性,分析了布液器、管径、强化换热管及管束布置等结构参数对传热性能的影响,并对水平管降膜蒸发器的结构优化策略进行了总结。The horizontal tube falling film evaporator has been gradually applied to medium and large chillers and heat pumps due to its obvious advantages of low refrigerant charging capacity and high efficiency heat exchange.This paper focuses on the flow mechanism of falling film in horizontal tube and the heat transfer performance of evaporator,and its content is based on relevant research results at domestic and overseas.Firstly,the flow characteristics of refrigerant in the middle and outside of the pipe is elaborated.Then,the influence of the structure parameters such as the liquid distributor,pipe diameter,enhanced heat exchange tube and bundle arrangement on the heat transfer performance is analyzed.Finally,the structural optimization strategy of horizontal tube falling film evaporator is summarized.
