摘  要:通过研究不同厚度的铝翅片在不同规格的换热器中的传热效率,结合试验测试以及数值模拟结果,分析铝箔厚度对不同规格换热器的换热性能的影响规律。结果表明:翅片的管间距与列距的比值大,翅片传热效率高;铝箔厚度对传热效率低的翅片影响大;管列距为19.05 mm×12.7 mm的Ф7换热器应选择0.095mm的铝箔,而管列距为22mm×19.05mm的Ф8换热器应选择0.105mm的铝箔。By studying the heat transfer efficiency of aluminum fins with different thicknesses in heat exchangers with different specifications,combined with experimental test results,the influence of aluminum foil thickness on the heat transfer performance of heat exchangers with different specifications is analyzed.The results show that:The ratio of fin tube spacing to column spacing is large,and the fins have high heat transfer efficiency.The thickness of aluminum foil has a large effect on fins with low heat transfer efficiency.ForФ7 heat exchangers with a tube-column spacing of 19.05 mm×12.7 mm,0.095-thick aluminum foil is better choices.ForФ8 heat exchangers with a tube-column spacing of 22 mm×19.05 mm,a 0.105-thick aluminum foil is selected.
