摘  要:为了对具有非理想特性的串联型12脉波整流变压器进行系统建模及分析,首先结合其系统的非理想特性,考虑变压器漏感、整流桥换相重叠等因素,分4个区间给出了串联型12脉波整流桥等效电路,建立了整流桥串联的直流稳态电压方程和交流小信号电压方程,并推导了整流桥串联输出中性点电流表达式;然后,计算了不同变压器漏感和输出电压情况下的中性点电流,并在此基础上,基于12脉波整流桥带推进变频器负载进行了仿真和实验。结果验证了中性点电流解析表达式推导的正确性,为结合变压器非理想特性实现串联型12脉波整流系统中性点电缆选型、熔断器设置等系统优化设计提供了理论依据。In order to model and analyze the series 12-pulse rectifier transformer with non-ideal cha-racters,according to the non-ideal characters of the rectifier transformer system such as transformer leakage inductance and rectifier commutation overlapping,a corresponding equivalent circuit for the series 12-pulse rectifier was proposed considering each of four intervals,the equations of DC steady-state voltage and AC small signal voltage of the two rectifiers in series were established,and thus an analytical expression for the neutral point current between them was deduced.The neutral point current was calculated in the case of different transformer leakage inductances and output voltages.Moreover,simulations and tests of the series 12-pulse rectifier with PWM driver load prove that the analytical expression to be correct and feasible.This will provide a theoretical basis for the optimal selection of a neutral cable and the design of fuse setting against the non-ideal characters of the series 12-pulse rectifier transformer system.
