摘  要:辐射安全设计是海上浮动核电站设计的重要内容,是浮动核电站安全生产的重要保障。为此,结合辐射防护最优化设计原则,围绕浮动核电站辐射安全体系遵守的原则、系统应具备的功能等设计目标,对浮动核电站设计中涉及的剂量约束、辐射屏蔽、辐射源控制、辐射监测、辐射分区、放射性废物管理、辐射防护的优化等方面开展了讨论,构建了海上浮动核电站辐射安全体系,并针对性地分析了当前我国浮动核电站辐射安全技术难点,以及我国海上核应急体系待完善现状,旨在为我国海上浮动核电站的设计提供一定的参考依据。Radiation safety is an important part of the design that guarantees the safety production of floating nuclear power station.Therefore,combined with the principle of optimal design for radiation protection,the design objectives were discuseed in terms of the principles to be observed in the radiation sagety system of floationg nuclear power station and the fuctions that the system should have.The discussion coverd a series of aspects such as the dose constraint,radiation shielding,radiation source control,radiation monitoring,radiation zoning,radioactive waste management,radiation protection optimization and other aspects involved in the design of floating nuclear power plants,and a radiation safety system for floating nuclear power plants was built.The current technical difficulties of radiation safety in China′s floating nuclear power plants and the current situation of the offshore nuclear emergency system to be improved were analyzed,aiming to provide references for the design of our offshore floating nuclear power plants.
