摘  要:针对目前舰船修理需求和产能难以定量评估、修理计划和规划建设缺乏决策支撑等问题,首先构建了舰船修理网络结构模型,制定了舰船修理网络时间和资源使用定量标准,并以舰艇动态修理开工时间作为自变量,以修理数量和修理资源利用率最大化为目标,以修理资源满足舰艇修理需求为约束条件,构建了基于动态优化的舰船修理负荷能力评估多目标规划模型;然后,采用基于约束优化的双群体搜索机制的差分进化算法,提出了该模型的求解思路和方法,实例评估了某承修单位承担某年度修理计划任务的能力。该承修单位的实际修理情况验证了评估方法的可行性,为修理保障精确准备、精细调控提供了一定依据。Considering the problems in quantificational assessment of warship-repair requirement and productivity,and the lack of decision support for warship-repair planning,a warship-repair network structure model was built to formulate the standards of mean repair time and resources occupation.Then taking starting data as independent variable,maximization of repair expectancy and utilization ratio of resources as object,and adequate resources to demands as constraints,a multi-object programming model was set up based on dynamic optimization to evaluate warship-repair productivity,and the solution was put forward using the method of differential evolution based on double populations for constrained optimization problem.This method was applied to evaluate the productivity fill rate of one contractor for one year′s repair schedule,and its reliability and validity were proved by the actual execution of the contractor.It thus sets up a criterion for efficient support and subtle control for warship repairing.
