摘 要:固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的发展需要合适的电解质材料。采用高温固相反应法制备钐(Sm)掺杂La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ga_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3-δ)固体电解质,利用XRD和阻抗谱分析样品的结构及电性能。样品的电性能与Sm的掺杂量及晶体结构密切相关。所有样品均具有钙钛矿结构,随着Sm掺杂量的增加,晶胞扭曲逐渐增大,晶胞体积和自由体积在10%Sm掺杂时达到最大。10%Sm掺杂样品在整个温度区间具有最高的离子电导率(4.4×10^(-2) S/cm,800℃),超过未掺杂样品;在低温和高温区还有最低的导电活化能,分别为0.89 eV和0.60 eV。小半径稀土掺杂,可提高稀土镓酸盐的电性能。The development of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)needed suitable electrolyte materials.A high temperature solid phase reaction method was used to prepare samarium(Sm)-doped La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ga_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3-δ)solid electrolyte.XRD and impedance spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure and electrical performance of the sample.The electrical performance of samples were intimately related to the Sm doping amount and the crystal structure.All the samples possessed perovskite structure,crystal distortion increased with the increasing of Sm content.The volume of unit cell and the free volume reached the maximum at 10%Sm doping.The 10%Sm-doped sample possessed highest oxygen ion conductivity(4.4×10^(-2) S/cm at 800℃)in the whole temperature region,which exceeded that of the undoped sample.The sample also had the lowest activation energy for conduction,which was 0.89 eV and 0.60 eV in the low temperature and high temperature regions,respectively.Doping rare earth ion with small radius could improve the electrical performance of rare earth gallates.
