摘  要:开展热失控实验,探究储存温度对软包装锂离子电池热安全性的影响。电池在不同储存温度下的热失控过程相似,但随着储存温度的升高,热失控剧烈程度趋于缓和。储存温度升高,锂离子电池热失控峰值温度、热释放速率(HRR)、总释热量(THR)和耗氧量降低,高温热危害性降低。在40℃储存温度下,电池热失控峰值温度为746℃,比80℃储存温度下高138℃。不同储存温度下的气体释放量不同。对比电压-容量曲线可知,高温会使锂离子电池出现容量损失,且储存温度越高,损失越大。Thermal runaway experiments were carried out to explore the effect of storage temperature on the thermal safety performance of pouch Li-ion battery.Thermal runaway process of battery under different storage temperatures was similar,but the thermal runaway intensity tended to ease with the rising of storage temperature.The peak temperature of thermal runaway,heat release rates(HRR),total heat release(THR)and the oxygen consumption of Li-ion battery were reduced with the increase of storage temperature,the high temperature thermal hazard was reduced.Under the storage temperature of 40℃,the peak temperature of battery thermal runaway was 746℃,which was 138℃higher than that under the storage temperature of 80℃.The amount of gas release under different storage temperatures was different.By comparing the curve of voltage-capacity,it could be found that the high temperature caused capacity loss to the Li-ion battery,the loss increased with the increase of storage temperature.
