摘　　要：加快先进生产装备的投产应用,尽快转化为有效生产力,对企业的发展至关重要。装备从进场到正式投产使用,需要经历一系列的调试与验证。以R03、R6纸板锌锰干电池生产线为例,对影响这一过程的生产装备、工艺和管理模式等因素进行了分析和总结。Speeding up the production and application of advanced production equipment and transforming it into effective productivity as soon as possible were crucial to the development of enterprises.Production equipment was needed to go through a series of debugging and verification from entering the field to formally put into operation.By analyzing the production line of R03 and R6 paper-lined zinc-manganese dioxide battery,the key factors affecting the process were summarized,such as production equipment,manufacturing technique and management mode.
