北京城市副中心常见变应原分布分析

摘　　要：目的 了解北京城市副中心变应性鼻炎(AR)患者变应原分布特点,为该地区预防治疗AR提供科学依据。方法 回顾性分析355例确诊AR患者血清IgE结果。分析性别、发病年龄和病程与变应原的关系。结果 355例患者变应原阳性率最高的前三位分别为户尘螨209例次(58.9%)、树138例次(38.9%)、杂草49例次(13.8%)。树变应原女性(42.6%)高于男性(30.4%),发病年龄30岁以下者(45.4%)高于30岁以上者(29.8%)。杂草变应原男性(21.4%)高于女性(9.9%),发病年龄20岁以上及50岁以下者偏高。结论北京城市副中心AR的变应原主要是户尘螨,其次是树、杂草,前者是宣教、预防治疗的重点,后者与性别的关系与以往研究有所不同,需进一步探讨。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)in the sub-central area of Beijing,and provide clinical reference for social management strategies.METHODS A retrospective analysis of serum IgE in 355 local patients with AR was carried on,and the positive rate was compared with gender,age,season,and course of the disease.RESULTS The top three allergen positive rates of 355 patients were 209(58.9%) for house dust mites,138(38.9%) for trees and 49(13.8%) for weeds.Tree allergens in female(42.6%) were higher than that in male(30.4%),and the age of onset in patients under 30 years old(45.4%) was higher than that over 30 years old(29.8%).The incidence of weed allergens in male(21.4%) was higher than that in female(9.9%),and the age of onset was higher in patients between 20 to 50 years old.CONCLUSION The allergens of AR in Beijing subcenter are mainly house dust mites,followed by trees and weeds.The former is the focus of education,prevention and treatment,while the relationship between the latter and gender is different from previous studies,which needs to be further discussed.
