摘　　要：目的了解特战队员重新积极关注和重新积极评价在严谨性人格与特战队员创伤后成长之间的中介作用。方法2021年4月,随机选取某部432名特战队员为被试,采用创伤后成长量表、认知情绪调节量表和中国大五人格问卷简式版进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果特战队员创伤后成长5个维度的得分分别为(4.47±1.22)、(4.57±1.21)、(4.69±1.17)、(4.72±1.23)、(4.71±1.21)分,得分高于新兵(均P<0.01)。创伤后成长各维度、严谨性人格、积极重新关注和积极重新评价之间均呈正相关(r=0.203-0.495,均P<0.01)。严谨性人格可以通过积极重新评价影响创伤后成长(γ=0.263,P<0.01),也可以通过积极重新关注经与积极重新评价的多重中介影响创伤后成长(γ=0.044,P<0.01)。结论积极重新关注和积极重新评价在特战队员严谨性人格与创伤后成长之间起中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of positive refocusing and positive reappraising on the relationship between conscientiousness personality and posttraumatic growth(PTG)in special soldiers.Methods In April 2021,432 special soldiers in army were randomly selected as the subjects.The questionnaire investigation was performed by the posttraumatic growth scale,cognitive emotion regulation scale and the simplified version of the Chinese fifth personality questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of the five dimensions of PTG in special soldiers were(4.47±1.22),(4.57±1.21),(4.69±1.17),(4.72±1.23)and(4.71±1.21),respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the recruits(all P<0.01).All dimensions of posttraumatic growth,conscientiousness personality,positive refocusing and positive reappraising were positively correlated(r=0.203-0.495,all P<0.01).The conscientiousness personality could influence PTG through positive reappraising(γ=0.263,P<0.01),and it could also influence PTG through multiple mediators of positive refocusing and positive reappraising(γ=0.044,P<0.01).Conclusion The positive refocusing and positive reappraising play an intermediary role in the relationship between the conscientiousness personality and PTG in special soldiers.
