摘　　要：目的分析2016—2020年天津市发生的突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,及时有效地提出天津市突发公共卫生事件防控策略。方法采用描述流行病学方法对《突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统》下载的数据资料从时间、地点、涉及病种及好发场所等方面进行分析。结果2016—2020年,天津市共接报232起突发公共卫生事件,累计发病10843例,死亡7人。以传染病类突发公共卫生事件为主,占总事件数的94.83%。学校成为突发公共卫生事件发生的重要场所,占总事件数的86.21%。结论2016—2020年天津市突发公共卫生事件发生情况不容乐观,天津市突发公共卫生事件管理及防控中传染病类突发公共卫生事件应尤为引起重视,同时须加强学校突发公共卫生事件的防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Tianjin from 2016 to 2020,duly and effectively put forward the prevention and control strategy of public health emergencies in Tianjin.Methods The describe epidemiological method was carried out to analyze the data downloaded from the Public health emergency management information system from the aspects of time,place,involved diseases and high-risk places.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of232 public health emergencies were reported in Tianjin which caused 10843 cases and 7 deaths.Most of the emergencies were caused by infectious diseases,accounting for 94.83%of all public health emergencies.School was an important place of public health emergency,accounting for 86.21%of all public health emergencies.Conclusion The occurrence of public health emergencies in Tianjin from 2016 to 2020 is not optimistic,and the public health emergencies caused by the infectious diseases should be paid special attention in the management and control of public health emergencies in Tianjin,at the same time,the control of public health emergencies in schools should be strengthened.
