摘 要:目的建立内标法-液液微萃取(liquid liquid microextraction,LLME)结合气相色谱质谱测定生活饮用水中54种持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants,POPs)的分析方法。方法管网水样经微量异辛烷提取离心后,气相色谱质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)检测,内标法及工作曲线法定量。结果54种POPs线性范围宽,线性相关系数良好,检出限低,加标回收率为75.1%~109.8%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.2%。结论该方法环保、快捷,准确,适用于生活饮用水中54种POPs的检测。Objective To develop an analytical method for the determination of 54 persistent organic pollutants(POPs)in drinking water by internal standard method-liquid-liquid microextraction(LLME)combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods Drinking water samples were extracted with trace isooctane and then determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and finally quantified by internal standard method and the working curves.Results The method showed wide linear ranges,good correlation coefficients(r2)and low detection limits for the 54 POPs.The recoveries were 75.1%-109.8%,and the relative standard derivations ranged from 2.1%to 8.2%.Conclusion The method is environmentally friendly,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of 54 POPs in drinking water.
