摘　　要：目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合标准药物治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的效果和安全性.方法选择2019年3月-2020年12月期间武汉亚心总医院符合条件的扩张型心肌病慢性心力衰竭患者共88例.根据患者的病情给予常规的心衰药物治疗,并在此基础上增加伊伐布雷定,干预6个月评估治疗效果.结果6个月治疗后,患者的心率较治疗前降低了(10.73±16.89)次/分(P<0.0001)、收缩压较治疗前增加了(7.69±25.19)mmHg(P<0.02),而舒张压无明显变化(P=0.214),左心室射血分数升高了7%(P<0.0001),左心室舒张末径和收缩末径均比治疗前缩小3mm.结论伊伐布雷定联合β阻滞剂、利尿剂和ACEI可以改善扩张型心肌病心衰患者心功能,且安全性良好,值得临床应用与推广.Objective The aim of this paper was to investigate the effeet of ivabradine in heart failure patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined on the standard medicine.Methods We recruited 88 eligible patients belween March 2019 and Decermber 2020.All patients received medical performance with ivabradine based on the guideline in China.General data were ollected after 6 months Ireatment.Results After ollow-up,the heart rale in patients decreased(10.73±16.89)beats/min(P<0001),but the systolie blood pressure increased(7.69±25.19)mmHg(P<0.02)whereas there was no significant change in diastolie blood pressure(P<0.214).In addition,he left ventricular ejection fraction increased by 7%(P<0.0001),and the left ventricular end diastolie diameter and the left ventricular systolie diameter were reduced by 3mm Conclusion Ivabradine combined withβ-blocker,diuretie and ACEI can improve cardiac funetion in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.It is safe and worthy of elinical application.
