糠酸莫米松联合左卡巴斯汀治疗儿童变应性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效及药物经济学分析

摘　　要：目的探究糠酸莫米松联合左卡巴斯汀治疗儿童变应性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果,并进行药物经济学分析.方法研究对象为梅州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心就诊的120例变应性鼻-鼻窦炎儿童,以随机数字表法分为三组.对照组使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究A组给予氯雷他定糖浆联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究B组给予左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗.治疗后比较各组患儿的临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效、不良反应情况和药物经济学.结果治疗后,临床症状缓解时间研究B组<研究A组<对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效研究B组>研究A组>对照组(P<0.05);各组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组药物经济学比较,研究B组的成本-效果比最低.结论糠酸莫米松联合左卡巴斯汀是儿童变应性鼻-鼻窦炎的有效治疗方案,能够显著改善其临床症状,缩短治疗时间.与其他两种方案相比,具备更高的临床疗效和药物经济学价值,安全性较高,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effect and pharmacoeconomics analysis of Mometasone Furoate Aqueous combined with Levorahasline in the treatment of allergic rhino-sinusitis in children.Methods 120 children with allergic rhinosinusitis treated in our hospital were randomly rlivirlerl into three groups.The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray,study group A was Ireated with Loratadine Syrup combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray,and study group B was treated with Levorahastine Nasal Spray combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray.The clinical symptom relief time,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and pharmacoeconomirs in each group were compared.Resu I ts After treatment,the rlinical symptom relief lime was compared,in which study group B<study group A<control group(P<0.05).The clinic al efficacy of each group was compared,in which study group B>study group A>control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistic ally significant among the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the pharmaroeronomirs of each group,the cost-effectiveness ratio of group B was lowest.Cone I usion Mometasone Furoate Aqueous combined with Levorahastine is an effective treatment for allergic rhino-sinusitis in chilclren.lt can significantly improve its clinical symptoms and shorten its treatment time.Compared with the other two therapeutic regimens,it has higher clinical efficacy and pharmaroeconomir value.Il has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
