摘　　要：目的分析快速康复理念在多发肋骨骨折应用胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗中的重要作用.方法选取江苏省人民医院浦口分院2019年7月-2021年7月手术治疗的多发肋骨骨折患者34例,根据围手术期不同治疗方式分为对照组(n=16)、观察组(n=18).对照组予以传统康复治疗,观察组开展快速康复理念治疗,对比分析两组患者的术后第1天、第3天、第5天疼痛评分及术后恢复情况.结果由术后下床活动时间及胸管全部拔除的时间、住院时间比较可见,观察组较对照组降低(P<0.05).比较术后第1天、第3天、第5天VAS疼痛评分可见,观察组较对照组降低(P<0.05).结论快速康复理念在胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗多发肋骨骨折手术中的应用效果较好,缓解术后疼痛,意义重大.Objective To analyze the important role of rapid rehabilitation concept in the treatment of multiple rib fractures with thoracoscopic assisted small incision surgery.Met hods Thirty-four patients with multiple rib fractures who treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=16)and the observation group(n=18)according to different treatment methods during perioperative period.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation concept for the treatment.The pain scores at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared and analyed.Results The postoperaive time of glting oul of bed.extubation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores al 1,3 and 5 days after surgery in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The applcation of rapid rehabilitation concept has a good efeet in the treatment of multiple rib fractures with thoracoscopie assisted small incision surgery,it can alleviate postoperative pain,reduce complications,and has high stisfaction.
