摘 要:目的探讨计时制护士心理资本在职业获益感和职业幸福感间的中介效应。方法采用整群抽样法,选择2019年8月—2020年12月绵阳市某三级甲等综合医院的109名计时制护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、心理资本问卷、职业获益感量表、职业幸福感量表进行问卷调查,分析其相关关系及中介效应。结果计时制护士心理资本得分、职业获益感得分及职业幸福感得分分别为(82.77±14.46)、(150.17±15.64)和(96.28±17.54)分,三者之间均存在正相关关系(均P<0.01);心理资本在职业获益感与职业幸福感之间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的29.11%。结论计时制护士心理资本、职业获益感及职业幸福感均处于中等偏上水平,心理资本在职业获益感与职业幸福感之间起部分中介作用。护理管理者应提高计时制护士心理资本,增强职业获益感,进而提升职业幸福感以促进计时制护士模式的可持续开展。Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital on perceived professional benefit and psychological capital of part time nurses.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,109 part time nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Mianyang City from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The self-designed general information questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,perceived professional benefit scale and occupational well-being scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and the correlation and mediating effect were analyzed.Results The scores of psychological capital,perceived professional benefit and occupational well-being were(82.77±14.46),(150.17±15.64)and(96.28±17.54)points,respectively,and there were significant positive correlations among the three(all P<0.01).Psychological capital had a partial mediating effect between perceived professional benefit and occupational well-being,which the mediating effect accounted for29.11%of the total effect.Conclusions The psychological capital,perceived professional benefit and occupational well-being of the part time nurses are above the medium level,and psychological capital has a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived professional benefit and occupational well-being.Nursing managers should increase the psychological capital of part time nurses,enhance the perceived professional benefit,and then improve the level of occupational well-being,so as to promote the sustainable development of the part time nurse model.
