摘 要:目的分析空气污染物与温度相互作用对急诊科就诊的影响。方法收集2019年6月1日―2021年6月30日所有因神经系统、循环系统及呼吸系统疾病于河北大学附属医院急诊科就诊的患者数据,使用广义相加准泊松回归模型分析空气污染物与温度相互作用对急诊就诊的影响,其中空气污染物与温度相互作用采用变系数模型进行分析,空气污染物间的相关性采用Spearman相关分析。结果神经系统疾病日急诊就诊量最多(22次),呼吸系统疾病日急诊就诊量最少(5次);CO与第3每日温度水平(daily temperature level,DTL)(18.7~24.8℃)的交互效应随CO浓度的增加,神经系统疾病急诊就诊减少;SO2与第2 DTL(8.1~18.7℃)交互效应增加了循环系统疾病急诊就诊的风险,SO2与第4 DTL(>24.8℃)交互效应、O3与第3 DTL交互效应增加了呼吸系统疾病急诊就诊的风险。结论空气污染物与温度相互作用对神经、循环及呼吸系统疾病急诊就诊会产生一定影响。Objective To study the influence of the interaction between air pollutants and temperature on emergency department visits.Methods Data from all patients who attended the emergency department of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University due to neurological,circulatory and respiratory diseases from June 1,2019 to June 30,2021 were collected.The generalized additive quasi-Poisson regression model was used to analyze the influence of interaction between air pollutants and temperature on emergency department visits.The interaction between air pollutants and temperature was analyzed by a variable coefficient model.The correlation between air pollutants was explored by Spearman correlation analysis.Results The number of emergency department visits for neurological diseases was the largest(22 times),and the number of emergency department visits for respiratory diseases was the least(5 times).As for the interaction effect between CO and the third daily temperature level(DTL)(18.7-24.8℃),the emergency department visits for neurological diseases decreased with the increase of CO concentration.The interaction effect of SO2and the second DTL(8.1-18.7℃)increased the risk of emergency department visits for circulatory system diseases.The interaction effect of SO2and the fourth(>24.8℃)and the interaction effect of O3and the third DTL increased the risk of emergency department visits for respiratory diseases.Conclusion The interaction between air pollutants and temperature has a certain influence on the emergency department visits for neurological,circulatory and respiratory diseases.
