摘　　要：疾病预防控制体系是公共卫生体系的重要组成部分。疾病预防控制机构在传染病防控中起着举足轻重的作用。为做好基层医疗卫生机构公共卫生事件防控机制研究,现对疾病预防控制机构突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状包括应急预案管理、应急储备(人员储备和物资储备)、风险沟通、监测预警、实验室管理中存在的主要问题及解决对策进行综述,旨在为天津市开展卫生应急能力相关研究提供有效的参考依据。The disease prevention and control system is an important part of the public health system.The disease prevention and control institutions plays a pivotal role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.In order to do a good job in the research on the prevention and control mechanism of public health incidents in primary medical and health institutions,the status quo and countermeasures of emergency response capabilities for public health emergencies in disease prevention and control institutions are summarized,among them,the status quo including emergency plan management,emergency reserve(personnel reserve and material reserve),risk communication,monitoring and early warning,and major problems in laboratory management.Aim to provide an effective reference for Tianjin to carry out research on health emergency capacity.
