主观性耳鸣患者心理人格特征研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨主观性耳鸣患者的基本心理人格特征。方法 应用明尼苏达多相个性测验表(Minnesota muhiphasic personality inventory,MMPI)进行调查,比较60例主观性耳鸣患者和40名对照者的心理人格特征,其中主观性耳鸣患者按纯音听阈测试结果分为听力下降组和听力正常组。结果 在MMPI调查中,主观性耳鸣患者在抑郁量表、癔病量表、妄想量表以及焦虑量表的T分上与对照者有统计学差异;主观性耳鸣组中女性患者的抑郁量表、癔病量表以及焦虑量表T分高于男性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组中男、女的MMPI临床量表的T分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);比较两组主观性耳鸣患者调查结果,在抑郁量表、妄想量表、精神衰弱量表焦虑量表、外显性焦虑量表T分的差异有统计学意义。结论 主观性耳鸣患者总体上有情绪抑郁、不适、心理问题躯体化、过分敏感、紧张等问题。听力下降的主观性耳鸣患者较听力正常的主观性耳鸣患者压抑、情绪低落、焦虑、依从性差等表现更为明显。OBJECTIVE To explore the basic psychological personality characteristics of subjective tinnitus patients.METHODS A total of 60 adult tinnitus patients and 40 healthy controls were investigated with Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI).Subjective tinnitus patients were divided into hearing loss group and hearing normal group according to pure tone threshold test results.RESULTS In the MMPI survey,the T scores of depression scale,hysteria scale,delusion scale and anxiety scale of subjective tinnitus patients were statistically different from those of healthy controls.In the subjective tinnitus group,the T scores of depression scale,hysteria scale and anxiety scale in female patients were higher than those in male patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in T score of MMPI clinical Scale between male and female in healthy control group(P<0.05);Compared the results of the two groups of subjective tinnitus patients,there were statistically significant differences in T scores of depression scale,delusion scale,mental weakness scale anxiety scale and external dominant anxiety scale.CONCLUSION Subjective tinnitus patients generally have depression,discomfort,somatization of psychological problems,hypersensitivity,tension and other problems.The subjective tinnitus patients with hearing loss showed more obvious symptoms of depression,depression,anxiety and poor compliance than those with normal hearing.
