乡村振兴背景下农民工返乡创业意愿影响因素分析——以宁夏惠农区微观调研数据为例

摘　　要：如何激励农民工返乡创业已成为实现全面乡村振兴的重要内容之一。该文基于宁夏惠农区439名农民工调查数据,运用二元Logistic模型对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:年龄、文化程度、手机联系人、家庭总人口、身边是否有返乡创业的亲戚朋友、是否了解返乡创业政策对农民工返乡创业意愿具有正向影响,家庭总收入、外出务工时间对农民工返乡创业意愿具有负向影响,与亲朋好友交流创业信息情况、家庭成员有无村干部对农民工返乡创业意愿影响并不明显。How to encourage migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses has become one of the important aspects of realizing comprehensive rural revitalization.Based on the survey data of 439 migrant workers in Huinong District of Ningxia,this paper uses the binary Logistic model to conduct an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the willingness to return to their hometown to start a business.The results showed that:age,education level,mobile phone contacts,total family population,whether there are relatives and friends who return home to start a business,whether they understand the return to home business policy has a positive impact on the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start a business,the total family income,migrant workers Time has a negative impact on the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometown to start a business.The exchange of entrepreneurial information with relatives and friends,and whether family members have village cadres has no obvious impact on the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometown to start a business.
