摘  要:以玉米品种陕K818为试验材料,探讨尿素、缓释氮肥在相同氮水平基施条件下对夏玉米叶片生长素、赤霉素、玉米素及脱落酸等内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,缓释基施相比普通氮肥基施而言,生长前期玉米叶内促进生长类激素含量更高,生长后期则有所降低。从内源激素水平上看,缓释氮肥基施相比普通氮肥基施,能够更好地满足玉米生长的需要。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of urea and slow-release nitrogen fertilizer on the contents of endogenous hormones such as auxin,gibberellin,zeatin and abscisic acid in summer maize leaves.Comparing slow-release nitrogen basal to general urea basal application,the results showed that the content of growth promoting hormone in maize leaves was higher in the early growth stage than that in the late growth stage,Slow-release nitrogen fertilizer base application meets the growth of corn better than ordinary nitrogen fertilizer base application.
