摘 要:以十三五规划期间西藏民航各机场的运营状态为基础,结合西藏物流产业和边境贸易的发展现状,探究西藏民航十四五时期的发展路径。认为目前西藏自治区物流产业虽已实现较大发展,但民航与其他运输方式的互联互通明显不足,应加强综合交通运输的统筹发展;考虑到自治区对外贸易快速发展且逐渐多元,因此要加快支线机场的建设,并分短、中、长三个阶段积极开辟国际航线。Based on the operation status of Tibet Civil Aviation airports during the 13th Five-Year Plan,combining with the current development of logistics industry and border trade in Tibet,this paper explores the development path of Tibet Civil Aviation in the 14th Five-Year Period.It is believed that the logistics industry in Tibet Autonomous Region is booming at present,but the interconnection between civil aviation and other modes of transportation is obviously insufficient,and the overall development of comprehensive transportation should be strengthened.Considering the rapid development and gradual diversification of foreign trade in the autonomous region,it is necessary to speed up the construction of branch airports and actively open up short-term,medium-term and long-term international routes.
